Marine Welder

Hands-on welding work on marine vessels and offshore structures. We provide the full skill certification path from day one.

Reporting in Chennai

Show up on 28 May 2026 with your documents and a small bag. You'll be inducted into our training facility on the same day.

STEP 02 · Month 1 – 6

6-month paid Work-Integrated Learning Program

A blended program of skill training in your chosen trade plus language preparation for the destination country. You earn while you learn — and you're employed from day one.

Fly out — start earning

Your first month abroad. ₹1.5 to ₹3.5 lakh hits your account. Service charges (transparent, upfront) are deducted across the first two months of salary.

Do I need to pay anything to start the program?
No upfront money is required to begin the Work-Integrated Learning Program. The service charges are deducted from your first two months of overseas salary, after you've started earning. The full charge structure is shared in writing along with your offer letter — nothing hidden.
What if I'm a complete fresher with no experience?
That's exactly who this program is built for. All 200 positions are for freshers. The 6-month Work-Integrated Learning Program is designed to take someone from zero experience to a certified, internationally placeable worker. No experience is necessary on day one.
Which country will I be placed in?
The placement is with an international Marine & Automotive company. The specific destination country and company name are shared during the in-person screening and confirmed on your offer letter. Language training during the program is matched to the destination.
What happens if I don't clear the trade skills test?
Candidates who don't clear on the first attempt are given a second opportunity after additional preparation. The offer letter and visa are issued only on successful clearance, but service charges are only billed on placement — so there's no penalty if it doesn't work out.
Can I bring my family on the visa?
The 2-year renewable visa is issued in the worker's name for employment purposes. Family visa rules depend on the destination country, the company's HR policies, and your job grade. This is usually possible after a year or two of stable employment — discussed individually with HR there.
What if I want to leave after 1 year?
The visa is 2 years renewable and is tied to the employment contract. Early exit terms are outlined in your offer letter and you should read this carefully before signing. We strongly recommend completing at least the initial term so you earn back service charges plus build international experience.
What documents do I need to bring on 28 May?
A valid passport (or passport receipt if applied for), your highest education certificate (SSC / ITI / graduate marksheet & certificate), Aadhaar card, PAN card, 6 passport-size photos, and a copy of your resume if available. Bring originals plus 2 photocopies of each.
